Publication curated by Margherita Rosina addressing the exhibition’s theme Ritratti di Signore organised and performed by FAR in 2011. Displayed in the exhibition dresses and fabrics mainly from FAR compilations, private collections and from the Didactic Silk Museum, accompanied by precise pictorial references that ranged from Sargent to Tissot, from Wimmer Wisgrill to Italico Brass, from Lino Selvatico to Giovanni Boldini.
