Conceived as an installation consisting of more than 600 paper collages, The Meaning of Things (who feels the most pains?) (2014) amends the book’s shape for this publication.

The graphic and visual cosmology proposed by Matt Mullican develops along lively pages with signs and images collected by intuition or automatism, creating models of recognition and in interpretation of reality: “It is not the world that you see, it is the world that I see representing the world you see.” (Matt Mullican).
